Lori’s Listings pays for the return when the item listed is not as described, defective or the wrong item. When the item doesn’t fit as expected or you just didn’t like it; you have 30-days to return the item upon approval from Lori’s Listings, for a refund of the item minus all shipping fees. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages: obtaining tracking information is required. You can purchase your return shipping label with USPS.com. Please provide Lori’s Listings with shipping tracking information. Refunds are processed within 3-business days minus all shipping fees.
